Our brand new luxurious 4 bed/3 bath villa is situated on the 4 star prestigious gated community of southern dunes golf and country club Just 20 minutes from Disney and just 50 minutes from the Gulf Coast Beaches.

Our villa is furnished to an execptionaly high standard and has all the facilities you would expect. All rooms are tastefully furnished and there is air conditioning throughout.

The large family room looks out directly onto the pool area through double patio doors. For your relaxation you will find two large, very comfortable sofas, a coffee table, two side tables with lamps, a 32" colour cable television, a C.D. player and a ceiling fan.

Adjoining the family room is the dining area, furnished with a large extendible oak table which will seat 8 people with ease. Whilst enjoying your meal you can take in the lovely views of the pool area and golf course beyond.

From the dining area there is access to the fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find a large cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer with ice maker, toaster and kettle. All cooking utensils and crockery are provided for you. There is a washing maching and tumble dryer in the garage should you require them, and an ironing board and iron are also provided.

The master bedroom has en-suite facilities comprising of a large shower cubicle with sliding glass doors, toilet and wash basin. The bedroom itself has sliding patio doors to the pool area and is furnished with a walk in closet, queen sized bed, triple dresser with mirror, two bedside units with lamps, a 19" colour television, hairdryer, alarm clock and ceiling fan.

The second master bedroom is also en-suite, having a bath with shower over and a sliding shower screen, toilet and wash basin. The bedroom comes complete with fitted wardrobes, queen sized bed, two bedside units with lamps, a 14" colour television, hairdryer and alarm clock.

There are two further twin bedrooms, fully furnished with 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobes, double dresser with mirror, a lamp, hairdryer and alarm clock in each room. Both rooms have access to the third bathroom which has bath with shower over, sliding shower screen, toilet and wash basin.

Ample bed linen and towels are provided for you, as well as pool towels for outside use.

The pool is south facing and surrounded by a large patio area complete with patio furniture and sun loungers. There is also access to the bathroom. The pool has underwater lighting and pool heat, if required.
