A short 10 minute boat ride will get you out to the Gulf of Mexico. There is no boat lifts or boat locks to navigate. This is a perfect location for a perfect vacation in Cape Coral!
As soon as you walk through the front door you will see the water view. The water view will capture your breath throughout the house. The home is beautifully decorated in Florida style with a spacious open floor plan. The home is situated on a very quiet cult-de-sac street. The gardens is landscaped with tropical shrubs and trees.
Bring your own boat or you can hire one from one of the local boat places and moor it up to our boat dock.
This water front home has 800 feet of salt water lake front. The pool area has a southern exposure. There are plenty of ceiling fans to refresh you with cool air. There is a large heated swimming pool with it's own hot tub. The home has over 2000 feet of living space. There is the ability to have stereo sound in all rooms and even on the patio area. We have 3 TVs in the home so there is no disappointed guests.
