Beach House Activities while on your Captiva vacation
It's a 200 yard walk to the large community pool, and 300 yards to the Gulf beach. There's a great marina across the street. We also have two tennis courts and barbecue grills near the pool. All this in a quiet private community. Changeover cleaning, inspection and 24/7 on-call maintenance are provided by a nationally-respected professional property management company.

It's also a very short walk to the shops, 8 restaurants, general store, bike/moped rentals, art and gift galleries, fitness center, etc. that are found in the village of Captiva.
