Inside, the villa is spacious and well appointed. The Florida lounge is large and airy with vaulted ceiling, fully equipped with TV, VCR (and video library), double doors lead onto the patio area, pool and dock. There is a utility room with full size washer and dryer. The designer open plan kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Fridge/freezer/ice-maker, halogen ceramic topped stove, granite work surfaces and TV. has a convenient breakfast bar and separate dining area. Downstairs are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A wide oak spiral staircase leads to another TV. lounge and large balcony overlooking the lagoon. Off this is the Master Bedroom which has vaulted cedar lined ceilings and beams and an extra large ensuite bathroom with double shower and vanity units.
