A split floorplan ensures privacy with each bedroom having its own bathroom. We may not be directly on the beach, but we make up for it with very reasonable rates.

Our condo is tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need to make this your home away from home. The master bedroom has a new king-size bed, the second bedroom has a queen and a twin. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit, three televisions with VCR`s, a DVD player, and, of course, a fully stocked kitchen. Unlike larger buildings, crowds are never a problem here. Just pull into your reserved parking spot under the building and you are "home." Sorry, Pets are Not Permitted and this is a No Smoking unit.

If you tire of sunbathing, shelling, swimming, fishing and walking our beautiful beach, hop in your car or on the Suncoast Trolley, and a wide variety of activities are only minutes away. Pinellas trail for blading/biking, water sports, jet ski, parasail, charter deep sea fishing, sailing, boat rentals, miniature golf, many full size golf courses. Busch Gardens is about 40 minutes away, Disney and Universal about 90 minutes away. There are many major and minor league teams in the area. Tropicana Field/MLB, Raymond James Stadium/NFL, and Thunder Dome/NHL. Theaters and fine dining are all within a short driving distance.
