Indian Shores Vacation Rental

Our Indian Shores rental Condo Is located in Indian Shores Beach, directly on the water with breathtaking views. Indian Shores is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach.

Terms

All rates quoted in U.S. Dollars. Rates are subject to change without notice. A 7% Florida Sales Tax and 5% Resort Tax will be added to the rate. Rates are based on no more than 4 guest, this is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. A departure fee of $100 will apply. A $300 security deposit is required to hold reservations The security deposit is refundable after 30 days from departure. Any damage or toll call will be deducted from the security deposit. Cancellation requires 45 days advance notice for refund of security deposit. If no response in a few days try jmist1@yahoo.com for more information. Entire payment for rental period is due two (2) weeks prior to check-in and issuance of the keys. Keys and instructions will be mailed and a $10 fee is charged if not returned. Payment may be made by personal check, cash, or cashier's check. Generally, reservation requests periods are from Saturday to Saturday during the "High" and "Peak" season (mid-December to mid-April; however, exceptions may be made depending on circumstances. Holiday periods in "Low" or "Mid" season is charged 10% more than the quoted rates.
