Our superb kissimee villa rental on Sunridge Woods is situated in the Kissimmee area, close to the U.S. Highway 192, and only minutes from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios, and other major attractions. It is a haven for shopaholics, with all of the most popular supermarkets within a few minutes drive. Sport is also well catered for with numerous facilities, including golf, fishing, bowling and tennis, all within easy reach.

Since the pool area is probably the most important factor of enjoying a villa holiday, we had it specially designed with this in mind. The total Pool/Patio area is almost twice as large as most similar villas. It has a ten foot by six foot covered area where even if it is raining, or you have had enough sun for the day, you can still sit outside and enjoy a meal or a relaxing drink. The whole area is protected from insects etc., by a fine mesh screen OH!, and if you are like us, and have gone a little soft, there is electric pool heating available. Just outside the pool area, you will find a barbecue which you are welcome to use at any time,
