The complex has a electric heated swimming pool which has palm trees and tropical shrubs around it, there are tennis courts and a clubhouse with a fitness center. Inside the club house there is a pool table, and a large screen TV. A private walkway to the beach with your own key for entry. The White sandy beach goes for miles and is perfect for those long walks.

There are lots and lots golf courses in and around the area. If you like to fish the pier is 5 miles north along the A.1.A. The area has plenty of Restaurants and are know for their seafood. The area is very safe and the complex has a controlled area which is for the sixty villa's. Even though the Villa is large we only rent to 2 persons at a time.
