Minutes in the car to many great restaurants (The Outback, The Red Lobster and many others), supermarkets, shops and the Disney Theme Parks. And a 20 minute drive to the Airport, Universal Studios, Seaworld and the many great Malls Orlando has to offer. Although you are close to all this, you are still in a very quiet and relaxing location

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

This property sleeps up to 10 consisting of a master bedroom with queen size bed and large ensuite bath/shower room with walk in closet, double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. With 2 bedrooms and bathroom and the front of the property and the same at the rear, makes this a great property for two familes sharing. The first twin room has a TV/VCR and Playstation with games. The second twin room has TV/VCR and Nintendo with games. The master bedroom has a TV and DVD player and the double bedroom has a TV/DVD. All bedrooms have cable. The open plan living area has a 32" TV, DVD player, CD player and a cable package of over 70 channels, including Disney Channel, Cartoon Network and MTV. Ther is also a formal dining area that seats six. The kitchen is well equipped and has seating for four. It has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The screened pool area is great for those relaxing days by the pool. It has an informal dining area with table and 4 cushioned chairs, large kidney shaped pool(heating optional at a cost), 4 reclining sun loungers and inflatable pool toys for the kids. The decking around the pool is spacious and clean and has sun on it all day. There are small bushes and trees at either side of the property for that extra bit of privacy. A great property in a great location!!!
