STUNNING 4 BED 3.5 BATH VACATION HOME
This orlando florida vacation home has 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home on Hampton Lakes. The lounge/Dining area has a large table for 6. The Kitchen area is a fully functional Kitchen and has a breakfast table for 4 persons.
The Family room is of off the kitchen and overlooks the pool. There is plenty of seating to watch the 27" cable TV.
The swimming pool area is South facing with a private fence.
The Master Bedroom is very large and tastefully decorated, it has a King sized bed and it's own bathroom
The second Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and also has it's own bathroom
The two other rooms have twin beds
Our location is only 15 minutes away from Disney
FEATURES
The orlando florida vacation home is nearly 2,000 sq feet under air and has 4 bedrooms (2 Master Bedrooms, both with ensuite bathroom facilities), 3.5 bathrooms in total & a poolside cabana.
Suitable for up to 10 people.
Decorated & furnished to a very high standard and fully air-conditioned. There is cable TV in all bedrooms and DVD players in both Master Bedrooms. The twin bedrooms have video recorders/players. The main Family Room has a TV/Video/DVD Player and Playstation 1 plus a music center for in-house entertainment. There is a separate Games Room with a dartboard, foosball table, air hockey, table tennis & pool table.
The Villa comes complete with a well-equipped kitchen so easy to prepare in-house meals. There is also a utility room with washer and tumble dryer, iron & Ironing Board. There are plenty of bathroom towels and bed linen provided. We even have hair dryers in all bathrooms! We offer free use of cot, buggy and highchair for our younger guests.
South facing large pool measuring 14 by 28 feet. Heating of pool available at an extra charge of $21 per day. Peace of mind child safety fence fitted across pool. Poolside area also includes an extended deck area & lots of patio furniture for outdoor seating. There is also a fence around pool area for complete privacy.
This home also has complimentary use of the facilities at Hampton Lakes including volleyball, tennis & basketball. You can also use the communal pool area.
