Myers, Bonita Beaches and Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) are 20 minutes; Cape Coral 30 minutes; Disney World, Epcot, Busch Gardens, Florida Keys are 4 to 5 hours away. Also find fine dining, fishing, swimming and Gulf water sports near by! We have Snow Birds and vacationers stay with us from all over the world. Our heated pool and with San Carlos Golf Course just 10 minutes away, makes our small complex like a nice resort. Most of our condos are designated Non-Smoking and some accommodate small pets for a nominal charge. Things to do in Fort Myers

fort myers is a city that is proud to be the home of Thomas A Edison and Henry Ford who, in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s, each built a winter retreat next door to each other on the shores of the river.  The homes and grounds have now been turned into a museum known as the Edison and Ford Winter Estates The city celebrates the life of Thomas Edison with a festival that runs from late January to mid February every year.  This festival is called the Edison Festival of Light and closes with a grand parade through the city at dusk on the final day.  In keeping with historical sites, the oldest restaurant in the city and close to the Edison/Ford homes is The Veranda which serves sophisticated food in a classy southern atmosphere.
