Our disney area luxury vacation rental villa is a 3 bedroom detached single story home.It is south facing with an oversized private pool overlooking a lake.The home is located on a private estate off the 192 and is 15 minutes from the theme parks and 20 minutes from the airport.Shopping and restuants are close by

The villa offers you more privacy and space than you could hope to get at a hotel.There is a queen sized master bedroom with tv,two further bedrooms each with twin beds and the great room has a sofa bed. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with roman tub and separate shower stall.A 4 piece bathroom adjacent to the other bedrooms serves the rest of the house and a washer,dryer,iron and ironing board may be found in a separate laundry room. Catheral ceilings in the large great room give a light and airy feeling.A large screen TV with cable and VCR provide entertainment for those evenings when you are just to "holidayed" out to do anything else. A telephone is provided and the property is fully burglar alarmed with panin buttons to emergency services. Our local property manager is available 24 hrs a day for any problems that may arise.
