4 Bed/2Bath south facing pool home near disney

Location is all and our beautiful four bedroom vacation home near disney world is located just five minutes from the park off the 192 West by Splendid China. Our home boasts an oversized south facing pool set in a screened deck area. Around the pool you will find four luxury sun beds, four luxury sun chairs, patio table and chairs for eight along with a top of the range gas barbecue. To the inside all rooms are furnished and maintained to a high standard and all rooms have high vaulted ceilings.

Bedroom Set Up

There are four bedrooms and they consist of a master bedroom which has a king size bed, walk in closet, TV with DVD & VCR Combined and own bathroom complete with Tub, Large walk in shower and his 'n' her vanity unit. There is then a double room which comes with queen size bed and own TV again with VCR & DVD combined. The remaining two bedrooms each have twin beds and each have their own TV with VCR. There is a second full bathroom. All linens, towels and a hairdryer to each bathroom is provided for your convenience. The sofa in the Living area also converts to a sofa bed and there is also a cot and high chair available if required.

Remainder of Villa

The living area comes with a TV and own DVD player, along with a Sony Playstation with games. The largest sofa in this area also converts to a sofa bed if required. The dining area overlooks the lanai with leads to the pool deck and pool. In the kitchen you will find all the appliances, crockery, cuttlery etc you could ever need along with a washer/dryer - so no need to take that dirty washing home with you. There is also a radio/cd player here for you to listen to. There is further table and chairs to the Kitchen area. The property is fully air conditioned. We also have a Management Company on hand should they be required.
