Our large villa rental near disney is a luxury single storey four bedroom Floridian style house with two living areas, has it's own
private swimming pool, Hot tub/Spa that seats 7 people, A Games room with 7ft pool table, table football, Air hockey table, Darts and many toys and games for kids of all ages. Sports equipment is also there for your use on the community facilities. A BBQ is also located at the rear of the villa. A Computer with broadband internet access is also located in the living room. All this at WESTON HILLS - one of the best gated communities West Kissimmee has to offer. Within the sub-division we have a community area, for your pleasure which includes a tennis court, basketball court, volley ball court, children's play area, swimming pools, children's aquatic play pool and BBQ facilities. The living areas are tiled throughout and the whole villa is fitted with a superior furniture package. The villa is fully airconditioned.

Kitchen
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen/dinette including; large fridge/freezer, large cooker, microwave oven, waste disposal and a full range of pots and pans.

Family Room
The family room is very comfortable with leather sofas, a large 56 channel TV and DVD /VCR. The sliding patio doors open out onto the covered lanai with ceiling fan, patio table, chairs, and sun loungers and BBQ which gives you a spacious outdoor lounge for those warm evenings overlooking the pool.

Living Room and Dining Room
The living room is to the front of the villa, through the window you have a view of the front garden, with the queen palm trees, adding some shade. and tropical feel. The Computer with FREE Broadband Internet is located in this room.
The dining room has a large cherry wood table and chairs.

Laundry There is a laundry room with it's own separate washing machine and tumble dryer

Master Bedroom with En-Suite
The Master bedroom has a queen size four poster bed with an amour and TV, the en-suite bathroom includes his & hers marble sink vanity units, toilet, separate shower and roman bath with a walk-in closet.

Bedroom Two
Master bedroom 2 has a double bed with an amour & mirror, and closet. With views over the swimming pool.

Bedrooms Three and Four
The other two bedrooms comprise of two twin beds, All bedrooms have, amours and closets
Bathroom Two The second bathroom is located between second master & twin bedrooms, the bathroom has a vanity unit with it's own toilet and combined shower bath. The swimming pool is completely screened to keep the bugs out, and is surrounded by a good amount of decking, ideal for that all important Florida suntan. The swimming pool with water feature has an electric heater for those cooler winter days. What else could you possibly need.

Location
Weston Hills is located on US 27, just 2 miles north of US 192, the main entry road to Disney and other famous attractions along with plenty of restaurants and shops. To the north is the countryside of Clermont, and the natural beauty of the chain of lakes and golf courses.
All this while downtown Orlando, the International Airport, and all of Orlando's other range of entertainment, shopping and attractions just minutes from your doorstep.
