Our villa was built in 2000 and has been designed and furnished to provide luxurious, spacious, air conditioned living accommodation. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a private screened swimming pool and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is situated in a prestigious, gated, up-market southern dunes golf and country club community surrounded by citrus groves. It is the perfect location to unwind by the pool after a hectic day at the theme parks. Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club is one of the most challenging and beautiful golf courses in the U.S.A. and has become a local and tourist favorite.

The Villa

The master bedroom contains a queen size bed, a cable TV and ample storage space. A vast walk-in closet adjoins the master bedroom for storing suitcases etc. The master bathroom is en-suite with large basin, a fabulously large shower and toilet. All towels are provided and there is a hairdryer. The second bedroom contains a queen size bed, a cable TV, a large built-in closet. Bedrooms three and four both contain two twin beds. They both have large closets and chests of drawers. The queen and twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. The pool area has an extended deck and luxurious patio furniture. There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer.

General Info

All doors to the pool are fully alarmed in accordance with State Law to prevent unaccompanied children from straying into the pool area. The villa is fully licenced by the State and County Authorities for your protection and is fitted with smoke alarms and emergency lighting. Smoking is permitted in the pool area only. No pets, please.
