It can be rented as an A unit which sleeps 6 & consists of the upper 2 levels or B unit which is the ground floor & sleeps 4. THERE IS A LARGE PRIVATE BEACH DECK ON THE BEACH.

Unit A

HAS 2 BEDROOMS & 2 BATHS ON THE TOP LEVEL AS WELL AS "THE CROW'S NEST" OFF OF THE MASTERBEDROOM. THERE IS A WASHER/DRYER OFF THE MASTERBEDROOM. THE MID LEVEL HAS A FULL KITCHEN, DINING AREA & LIVING ROOM WITH A QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA THAT OPENS UP TO AN UPPER LEVEL DECK & 1/2 BATHROOM.

UNIT B

IS STREET LEVEL AND CONSISTS OF A BEDROOM/LIVING AREA, BATHROOM & LIVING ROOM WITH A QUEEN SIZE SLEEPER SOFA THAT OPENS UNTO A PRIVATE DECK. THIS UNIT HAS AN EFFICIENCY KITCHEN, AS WELL AS A WASHER/DRYER. IT IS 1 FLIGHT OF STAIRS ABOVE THE BEACH DECK.
