Located on the US27 just North of the junction with Interstate 192, the Clear Creek complex is a small quiet community where you and your group can enjoy the privacy and tranquillity while still being just 10 minutes from Disney and close to all other attractions, restaurants, shopping and plenty of golf courses!

The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans in all rooms. The two master suites have en-suite bathrooms and master 1 has an additional cable TV. Bedroom 3 is a double and our child-friendly approach means that bedrooms 4 and 5 both have twin beds, with bedroom 5 being "themed". The lounge has two large comfortable sofas, an entertainment unit comprising cable TV, video and sound system. The patio doors lead out to the fully-screened 14ft x 30ft private pool which can be heated if required. There is luxury pool furniture (including loungers) for you to relax and soak up that wonderful Florida sunshine! Inflatable pool toys are also provided for your enjoyment. There are two separate dining areas one table seats six and the other seats four comfortably. The kitchen is fully fitted and extremely well equipped and includes a microwave, cooker, dishwasher and huge fridge-freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, garbage disposal unit etc. There is a large double garage, which encompasses the laundry room with a larger washer and separate drier, an iron and ironing board are also supplied. All linen and towels are provided (please bring beach towels). Local telephone calls are free, long distance calls can be made using a telephone card widely available. A hairdryer is provided for your convenience. For the comfort of our guests we do not allow smoking or pets in the home. There is full maid service between lets. There are excellent facilities within walking distance of the villa, situated at the community entrance including 24 hr supermarket, Post Office, hairdresser, dentist, Bank, petrol station, pharmacy, dry cleaner and takeaway pizza (who also deliver free). For your peace of mind we have a 24 hour English agent on site, discount attraction tickets and meet & greet available if required. There is a large choice of golf courses all around and the villa is less than 2 miles from the Interstate 192 containing restaurants galore! Orlando International Airport is only 40 minutes and Sanford is just over 1 hour away.
