house has three bedrooms upstairs with one queen bed, two twins (or push together to form king size bed) a trundle bed (2 twin beds-
together or seperate).

The upstairs offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining
room, spacious living room, 3 comfortable bedrooms. This tropical
home provides a comfortable and tranquil vacation experience. Tile
floors, ceiling fans, and new central A/C help keep you cool and
comfortable year round.



DOWNSTAIRS:

A comfortable living/dining area (with queen sleeper sofa), bedroom
w/queen bed and large closet, full bathroom and cute kitchenette will
provide a perfect place to "hang your hat" for a weekend get-away or
a relaxing week-long break from reality.








Vacation Rental Amenities
There are three TV's upstairs and one TV downstairs, all with cable. You will have a BBQ, patio table/chairs and a fish cleaning
area for all the fish you're going to catch! Linens and all the
little extras are provided. Guests have use of a secluded private
beach, 60' fishing pier and deep water boat ramp at the end of the
block.

Deep sea fishing charter boats crowd local marinas. Shopping, dining, and entertainment choices abound. It's a one hour drive to Miami's South Beach or 90 scenic miles to Key West. This home provides a wonderful "home base" for your vacation in the Keys. That's why so many of our guests return to their "home away from home!"
