Spacious 3 bed/ 2 bath villa set in countryside, 4 miles from Disney. Two family rooms and two dining areas. Private south facing pool with solar heating (free), gas available for the cooler months. Pool is screened and surrounded by fencing with a forested area to the rear giving total privacy.

Facilities

The holiday rental near disney is air conditioned, fully furnished, carpeted and ceramic floor tiled to a very high standard. Larger than average plot size of 9600 square feet. Facilities include two televisions, DVD/VCR/CD players, monitored security alarm system and attached double garage with internal access and electrically operated door. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with an electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge freezer with automatic icemaker and chilled filtered water dispenser, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, waste disposal, crockery and cutlery. Bed linen, towels, coat hangers and hair dryers are provided. There is also a baby cot/crib, highchair and pushchair/stroller. The utility room is equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Electricity, gas, water, twice weekly garbage collection and cleaning services on departure are included in the rental and local telephone calls are free.

The estate has two parks which include a community pool, tennis courts. baseball square, football pitch and childrens play area, all free to guests. There are over 60 golf courses in the vicinity with Champions Gate golf complex only 5 minutes away.
