This super disney vacation rental villa is decorated and maintained to a high standard and has all the living comforts of home. The living room is very spacious and has a large Television and VCR for your use. It has a large wood polished dining table for those more formal meals and overlooks the pool area and the open conservation ground behind the villa. All the rooms feature fans for your additional comfort. It has a sofa bed for those guests that want to sleep tweleve in the villa. All the rooms feature fans for your additional comfort.

The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area with large table and 6 chairs - everything is supplied for all your needs and even includes an electric kettle. It is open plan with the living room so no-one misses out on what is happening while preparing a meal or just getting a drink.



All the bedrooms are very spacious and have built in wardrobes. The master suite has its own en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower and twin vanity units. The second and third bedrooms form a family suite and are either side of the second bathroom - one is queen bedded room the other a twin and is ideal for the second family if two families are sharing. The forth bedroom is Disney themed and has twin beds - great for our younger guests. The fifth bedroom is set up with a sofa bed in it so it can be used either as a 5th bedroom or as a second living room with its own TV - when eight or less guests are occupying the villa. This is situated opposite the third bathroom. This works well for families with younger children as it gives you a place for toys and cartoon TV watching while leaving the adults their own living space and TV.

Our fantastic 30 x 15 private pool is not overlooked at the rear and is enclosed by a privacy fence. There is a large deck area with chairs - table and sun lounges. The pool can be optionally heated - usually Sept to April.

EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED FOR THE VACATION OF A LIFETIME. Our fantastic villa is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. It is freshly decorated and maintained to a high standard. It has 2 TV's - VCR - Phone - Dishwasher - Refrigerator - Cooker - Microwave. All linens and towels are provided and there is a large washing machine and tumble dryer for your use. There is a large 30x15 pool that can be optionally heated and a pool cover is provided to ensure a good pool temperature in the colder months.

VILLA LOCATION

Our unique home can be found in the tranquil setting of Clear Creek. This is located at the junction of the 192 with the 27 and is only a 10 minute drive to Disney. It is ideally situated for all the major attractions and is only 45 minutes from Orlando airport and 1 hour from Tampa.
