Our luxurious fort myers vacation rental has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms lakeside home (sleeps up to 6) was completed in summer 2001 and is situated on the quiet, select, residential development of Wellington Lakes on the southern outskirts of Fort Myers. The villa is fully equipped for all your needs and has 2000 square feet of air conditioned living space. The den provides the benefit and comfort of a second separate sitting room. To the rear the extended screened deck and private heated pool overlook the lake.

The villa is is in a rural area and located close to both Sanibel Island (10 mins) and Fort Myers Beach (10 mins). Historic Naples with its designer shops and art galleries, and the natural wetlands of the Everglades are within an hours drive. The area is part of the Lee Island Coast - Florida's Tropical Island Paradise - and provides something for everyone :- beautiful white sand beaches, romantic sunsets, fishing, golf, nature reserves and eco parks, museums, restaurants and shops. The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. Cable televisions with over 70 channels are provided in the lounge, den, and all bedrooms. . There is a hairdryer in each bathroom, sufficient towels (including pool towels), bed linen, cooking utensils, glasses and crockery etc. to cater for all your needs. Telephones are located in the lounge, den. master bedroom and queen bedroom. Safety features include smoke detectors and fire extinguisher. Child alarms are fitted to all doors which lead to the pool area and can be switched on / off as required. There is a large double garage with an electrically operated door.
