Our Luxury davenport rental is a 4 Bed,3 Bath Villa which was completed in July 2003. The davenport rental villa is fully air-conditioned. To the rear is the screened, extended pool and deck area with patio furniture & loungers. There is also a covered lanai for those who would prefer not to sit out in the sun.

Our davenport rental villa has an open plan livingroom, dining room and kitchen. The lounge area has cable-tv and a playstation 2/DVD to keep the children amused whilst you relax by the pool. Also a CD Player.

Master bed 1-king bed cable-tv & walk in wardrobe,en-suite bathroom with large shower.
Master bed 2, with cable-tv, built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with large shower.
2 further bedrooms with shared bathroom with bath/shower Both twin bedrooms have cable-tv also.
Bed linen and towels provided please bring own beach towels.
28'x14'heated pool with extended deck and covered lanai.
This is a non-smoking Villa but smoking is allowed in pool area.
