The large, privately screened pool and hot tub is set in a large sun deck - just imagine those long sunny days and nights, sipping cocktails from the luxury of your very own Jacuzzi...heaven, at night to the right you can see the lights of "Downtown Disney" our villa puts you really close to the Magic of it all!Indian Creek is a Premier location, which is a peaceful, quiet & rural area. Hot Air balloons can be seen over head early morning and the fireworks of Disney in the evenings!
Indian Creek has it's own children's play area, putting green & sports area. Being only about 15 minutes away from Universal Studios, Sea World & WET "n" WILD water park on International Drive & especially for the serious shoppers amongst you, about 15 mins from world famous Designer Outlets!

Bedrooms

The air conditioned villa is set on a development of new rental homes and we have taken great care in decorating & furnishing our villa to a very high standard, comprising of the 1st Master bedroom which has a King size bed, sumptuous en-suite with large double shower, King-size Heart shaped corner bath & "his & hers" wash basins, Cable TV, phone & patio doors which look onto the extended, privately screened and fenced sun deck area which surrounds the large heated* pool & Jacuzzi/children's pool. (*optional payment) The 2nd Master bedroom also has a full en-suite with bath & shower, then a twin bedroom with walk-in wardrobes, near this room is a single French door out to the pool area & a final twin bedroom, these 2 rooms share a bathroom which has a full bath & shower, all bedrooms have their very own Cable TV.

Living area

The grand living room is spacious & stylish, which has a king size bed settee, Cable TV, Playstation 2, CD player & VCR with a great selection of videos for the children & some for the grown ups!. Set to the side we have placed an elegant dining table for those more formal dining occasions, with settings for 6 people, in the kitchen area there is also a diner table to seat 4 & we have complemented the fully fitted kitchen with a Dishwasher, cooker, Microwave, Fridge / Freezer with built in ice maker, toaster, coffee maker etc From the lounge there are patio doors looking onto the Lanai (covered porch area) we found at night it is a perfect place to have your evening meal or read a book. The sundeck area has been extended in length, for your added comfort you can relax in the Florida sunshine on one of the 6 soft furnished sun lounges. Fencing has been erected at either side of the pool screen and landscaping to the rear, for added privacy. For the children's safety all the doors have exit alarms on them & if needed there is a pool safety fence. We have made available at no extra charge a babies high chair for meal times, a pushchair (stroller) for baby at birth through to about 4 years, a travel cot (crib). If you are feeling energetic, why not go exploring the local area on the bikes provided for you and your family! (2 adults & 2 children's). And for those of you with a competitive streak, why not try your hand at the foozeball table - give your opponent a real run for their money!
