Our luxurious 2 storey home offers a large open plan family room with cable TV, DVD, music centre, books, films and a good selection of children's games. There is a separate, spacious, beautifully furnished formal living and dining room. The large kitchen is equipped with every appliance you could need and this leads to the bright and sunny breakfast nook which has wonderful lake views. The ground floor also has a washroom and a fully equipped laundry room.
Access to the pool area is via sliding patio doors which are located in the dining room, breakfast nook and also the family room. The oversized pool area contains two lanais, each with ceiling fan and there is sufficient 'quality' patio furniture to accommodate 10 guests. The pool can be heated if required and it has fibre optic lighting for use in the evening.
Without doubt the spacious, abundantly furnished pool area with stunning lake views and day long sunshine is a unique feature of our beautiful home. For your additional enjoyment we have recently added a games room with FULL SIZE POOL TABLE, TABLE SOCCER and AIR HOCKEY. The games room is also air-conditioned.

The 2 fabulous Master Bedrooms 1 King, 1 Queen have Dressers, and Cable TV's. One has an elegant en-suite bathroom with corner bath, shower cubicle, 2 vanity basins, and separate toilet. The other an optional en-suite with Shower Cubicle, vanity basin and toilet.
A further large King Size Bedroom has Dresser, Cable TV.
Two Twin Bedrooms well equipped with drawers.
