Barrier Dunes is located just outside the gates to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park on beautiful Cape San Blas! Barrier Dunes is a gated community with 2 pools (1 is gulf front), lighted tennis courts, pet stations, 3 fresh water fishing ponds and GREAT beach access!

You will find the white sand beaches of Cape San Blas, FL uncrowded and a family friendly enviornment! The beaches allow your well behaved dogs to join you on the beach anytime!

We have 4 condos in Barrier Dunes each supplied with beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, sand toys, boogie boards and everything from laundry soap to spices!

CAPE ESCAPE I: 2BR/2BA You will find an oversized King master suite with dedicated balcony, dressing area with double sinks, walk-in closet, bathroom withseparate shower & an over-sized bath on the upper floor. The lower floor has a fully-equipped kitchen overlooking the dining area & family room, a Queen bedroom, & a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have cable TV, phone and private porch. The family room includes a cable TV, & a sleeper sofa. We provide games, puzzles, books & movies for all ages.

THE CAPE ESCAPE II: 2BR/2.5BA. 100 steps from The Cape Escape & on the lake--fish from the back porch!! On the upper level is a King & Queen bedroom, both with private bathrooms & porches. The both have Cable TV and one has a VCR and the other a DVD! 2 of the 3 decks overlook a large freshwater fishing lake and the unit is 200 steps to the beach or the gulf front pool!

SEA BREEZE: 2BR/2BA. Very similar to The Cape Escape I and directly across from The Cape Escape I! On a lake with a gulf view!

BEACH HOUSE TOO: 2BR/2BA New to the rental market! 5 doors down from The Cape Escape I!

All 4 are supplied by the owner with GREAT amenities! We provide beach chairs, beach umbrella, buckets/ shovels, kite, crab nets/bucket, kite and a beach cart to carry it all! We also provide DW detergent, laundry soap, spices and many other extras to make your vacation relaxing!

Come & escape to the beauty of Cape San Blas & Barrier Dunes. Cape San Blas is located 50 miles SE of Panama City between Port St. Joe & Apalachicola, just East of Mexico Beach & West of St. George Island!

Barrier Dunes is a secure, gated community with 2 fantastic pools. One is located directly on the dunes with a beautiful view of the ocean & a great clubhouse. It also has tennis courts, fishing ponds and is VERY family friendly & pet friendly (no time restrictions on when a dog can be on the beach!)

St. Joseph Peninsula State Park is located right next door, and offers excellent access to the bay as well as 7 miles of undeveloped pristine wilderness area and beach. Nature lovers will enjoy rare views of sea birds & other natural wildlife. We took a boat out in the bay and saw dolphin dancing around the boat, schools of stingray, starfish, sea urchins, sand dollars, fish and crab! The clear water bay is one of the cleanest in Florida & provides excellent snorkeling, boating, fishing, crabbing & scalloping. cape san blas rentals
