These one bedroom beachfront condos are in excellent condition & comes with a large balcony, fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, all cookware, TV/VCR, stereo, eating area, breakfast bar, queen size sleeper sofa, King size bed, built-in bunk beds in hall, and offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico. These condos up to six people comfortably and has 1 1/2 baths. Has approximately 900 square feet of living area. Linens included. The beautiful Summit gulf front resort complex features a large pool, baby pool, seasonal snack bar, shuffleboard, and plenty of poolside chairs.
This is a no smoking unit and no pets are allowed. I require a $150.00 deposit ($100.00 per person for Spring Break) which is refundable once unit is checked and keys are received.

I have a 21 day cancellation policy. No refund of deposit.
Most rates will include tax and cleaning except for college spring break. Add a one time cleaning fee of $60.00 during Spring Break.
