Our Licensed PicadillyPalace is a Four (4) Bedroom, Two (2) Bath, air-conditioned spacious Central Florida rental home/villa featuring a private, screened-in, sheltered lanai and an elegantly tiled and heated oversized 28ft. pool with panoramic views to a beautiful and serene woodland conservation area. The disney house rental has vaulted ceilings and cathedral style windows which lend a sense of spaciousness to its open and flowing floor plan. Three full length sliding glass doors open to the pool deck and invite the beauty of the woodlands into the home.

Only 3.5 miles to Walt DisneyWorld and close to the other Orlando area attractions. Situated in Central Florida, we are about 1 hours drive to the Atlantic Ocean beaches and shopping and about 1.5 hours drive to the Gulf Coast beaches and shopping.

The Master Bedroom Suite has a king size bed, cable TV/VCR, adjoining private sitting area, a private attached bathroom with separate tub, separate glass shower enclosure, and his/hers double sinks. There is a separate doored toilet enclosure for shared bathroom privacy. The suite is tastefully decorated and has twin night stands, two full dressers and a very large walk-in closet.

The Second Bedroom has a queen size bed and is tastefully decorated. It has twin night stands, a full dresser and large double door closet.

The Third Bedroom and Fourth Bedroom each have two twin beds. Each have their own cable TV. One has a Playstation with games and the other has a VCR. Both have a full dresser and large closet.

A pull out sofa bed is also available to sleep additional guests, bringing accommodations comfortably to 10 guests.

The villa/house has spacious living areas including a main living room with comfortable seating, tables, lamps, and entertainment center featuring a large screen TV and DVD/VCR; a breakfast area (seats 6); a formal dining room (seats 6); a utility room with washer and dryer; and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, garbage disposal, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots/pans and utensils. All linens and towels are provided. A crib/cot and two strollers are available for the little one - free for your use.

We offer a Dell computer (and HP LaserJet printer/fax/copier/scanner) attached to the Internet through a High Speed DSL connection - which is free for your use and enjoyment! Play games, check email, and have fun! Receive or send faxes from the comfort of the villa/home and stay in touch with family and friends. Make free copies (automatic page feeder and flatbed on the scanner) of those needed documents.

Rental Conditions:

If you are planning on staying 14 days or more, we can offer a discounted rate off of the above schedule. Email us to request a quote. »» A single week is a seven day contiguous stay, usually beginning on Sunday after 4:00pm and ending on that next Saturday at 10:00am. A three day minimum stay is expected. Variations to fit your vacation plans may be requested and all attempts to accommodate you will be made. »» The above weekly rental fees have a cleaning fee of $75US already included in the price (a week is a seven day contiguous stay). If you stay 4 days or less than you will incur the room cleaning fee which will be added to your bill. »» The prices are exclusive of the 13% Florida tax (which is applied to all rental fees regardless of length of stay) »» A $250US damage deposit is required regardless of your length of stay. Your damage liability is not limited to the damage deposit but to the cost of repair/replacement of the damage items. »» Partial weeks and daily rates can also be quoted on request. »» These prices are for rental of the whole house, regardless of the number of guests. A maximum of 10 guests allowed per rental period. »» Villa bookings occur on a regular basis. Please book early to secure the dates you need.
