Welcome and let us reserve this destin florida vacation rental house for you! Please enjoy our warm cozy elegant cottage in Emerald Waters Village. Emerald Waters Village is a gated and located in the Frangista Beach area of Miramar Beach and Destin, Florida. Brand new in 2006, this cottage offers you 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, ½ bathroom, kitchen, entertainment bar area to living room and a wonderful patios and decks for relaxing and BBQing.

On the first floor, you will find comfortable living area with TV and DVD player that meets with the kitchen (traditional cherry cabinets, upgrade granite tops, 1st floor Master Bedroom with nice size bathroom. You will also find a large dinning room (sits 6 with ease, can seat more, 2 extra dinning room chairs, 5 stools at the bar, and a 1st floor Powder room.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 large bedrooms, 1 master bedroom w/King, master Bath, 1 with Queen, 1 Loft private bedroom has a Queen sofa sleeper, these 2 bedrooms share a large Jack and Jill bathroom. Our Loft bedroom overlooks the living/kitchen area, which can be closed off with privacy doors. You also have a nice porch/deck off the Master bedroom on the 2nd floor, 1 off the Queen bedroom and a Tile deck off the 1st floor bedroom and dinning room for relaxing after a day of activities.

All bedrooms have their own TV's along with DVD players.
