All the facilites are there, a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV in all the bedrooms as well as the great room. Your own private pool and spa located on the gated community of Highgate Park. The pool has a solar cover to conserve the heat overnight. It is only 10 minutes to Disney yet is a beautiful location set amongst a conservation area. All linens and towels are provided and the villa is fully managed with 24hr emergency cover should you need it. Also at Highgate Park is a fantastic tennis court and childrens play area with picnic tables and seating. We have installed broadband internet which is free for our guests to use, just bring your laptop/notebook and stay connected.

Location, Location

Highgate Park is on Highway 27 near its junction with the 192. This means that all the attractions of Orlando are only a short drive away and you can also head off and explore the rest of Florida. The Gulf and Space coasts are only 1hr drive away. It is only 30 minutes from Orlando International. We have installed a key pad lock to enable you to go straight to the villa and codes for that and Highgate Park are provided on payment of balance.

All the shopping malls are within easy driving distance so you may need an extra suitcase to take home the bargains. Within 5 minutes are a Walmart superstore and a Publix supermarket for all your needs. There are also speciality shops nearby and more being added all the time.
