Naples is located in the 'bottom left hand corner' of Florida and is known locally as 'Florida best kept secret'. it is located on one of Florida's finest gulf coast beaches (11 miles of sand) and is also close to one of America's finest living attractions - The Everglades National Park.
Our home is beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest standards and comprises 2 Master double bedrooms, both with 'en suite' facilities and 2 twin bedded rooms with shared bathroom.
The screened, SOLAR HEATED, pool situated at the rear of the property overlooks a picturesque natural LAKE. The pool is SOUTH FACING for all day 'sun-worshipers' and there is a covered 'lanai' (patio) area for cooling off and outdoor dining.

Within in the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast alcove and a utility room, a separate dining area to accommodate eight people and a comfortable spacious lounge. Telephone, BROADBAND INTERNET, cable TV'S ( x 3), DVD PLAYER and Hi-Fi are also provided.
The furnishings, like the house have been skilfully chosen by our interior design consultants. We are certain that guests will appreciate the enormous care that has been taken to get everything right, just for them.

Our beautiful, lake-side,vacation home in Briarwood, Naples Florida has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lounge and dining area, with a private, solar / electric heated (extra), screened pool that overlooks a beautiful natural lake. It is less than 10 minutes drive away from Olde Naples and the beaches. There are many shops, restaurants and golf courses nearby. The Everglades and the beautiful beaches of Marco Island are within easy reach by car. Located on a quiet, gated, mainly residential community, guests can also have the use of the recently upgraded communal tennis courts, new pool, basketball net and children's play area. GENERAL: Locally managed for your convenience and assistance. Air-conditioning / heating, ceiling fans in all rooms, telephone, linen & towels provided cable TV and double garage. MASTER BEDROOM SUITE: king sized bed, cable TV, vanity units, walk-in wardrobe, walk-in shower, and corner bath. Other bedrooms: 1 QUEEN sized with full en-suite and 2 others with 2 x twin beds. BATHROOMS: en-suite in Master and queen sized bedroom, 1 other shared between 3rd and 4th bedrooms. LUXURY KITCHEN: fully equipped including breakfast nook seating 4.
