Florida Fun In The Sun

Our beautifully furnished Disney Florida vacation 4 bedroomed villa is set in quiet surroundings and just 15 minutes into Disney, 25 minutes maximum to Sea World and Universal. Both the Gulf Coast and Space Coast are approximately an hour away. Close by are some of the best golf courses in the Orlando area, including Championsgate, The Legends, Orange County National and Highlands Reserve.

There is a screened pool with solar heating, with plenty of space for sitting out by the pool and perhaps eating al fresco having cooked your meal on the BBQ.

There is a large selection of excellent restaurants close by to cater for all tastes.

A Walmart Supercentre is just two miles up the road and there are plenty of supermarkets for you grocery shopping.

All the large Shopping Malls are within easy access.

The subdivision also has a communal area with swimming pool, tennis court, basket ball and play park.

Everything you could need after a busy day in the parks or shopping.

The Bedrooms

The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and it is a very large room, complete with it's own T.V. The ensuite comprises of circular bath, very large walk in show, double vanity unit and separate toilet. Off the en suite is a very large walk in closet. The Double bedroom is a good size again beautifully furnished and with plenty of storage and hanging space. The two twin bedded rooms have been Disney themed. One is Mickey & Minnie Mouse and the other is Animal Kingdom. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space. These three bedrooms have a further bathroom. We also provide a cot and highchair for a baby.

Living Accommodation

A very large formal living/dining room all beautifully furnished and with cathedral ceilings making it light and airy. There is a ceiling fan in this room. Next to that is a wonderful kitchen with large oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal. The kitchen is equipped to an extremely high standard, with more cutlery, china and glassware than you normally expect to find. Plenty of cooking utensils which is most unusual. There is a breakfast noke with table and chairs and cushioned window seat. The Utility Room houses a large washing machine, dryer and iron and ironing board. This room also has access to the double garage. The Family Room again furnished to a very high standard. This room has a further TV, DVD Player, Video Player/Recorder, CD Player and Radio. There is also a good selection of books, games and some pre-recorded Videos and DVDs kindly left by previous guests. There is a ceiling fan in this room. This room has patio doors leading to the screened swimming pool. For the comfort and safety of our guests there is a safe provided free of charge.
