Family friendly holiday villa in Esprit Community
Our davenport florida vacation home is in the upscale Esprit Development community. There are basketball/tennis courts. A 9 hole golf course is located right through the middle of the community. If you like to fish you can go down to the pier in the beautiful lake Davenport.
The first living area has a DVD and A VCR to use. There is a unique rocking chair to relax in after a busy day walking around the theme parks.
The second living area is for the kids as there is a TV/VCR hooked up to the Gamecube.
The Master bedroom has a large King sized bed to really have a great night's sleep. The bedroom opens out onto the pool area. There is a Cable TV in the bedroom to enjoy.
The Queen bedroom is upstairs. The room also has a TV with Cable.
Bedroom 3 has been decorated into a Mickey Room for the kids to feel at home. This room has a full bed and a twin bed plus Cable TV with DVD player.
The 4th Bedroom has Twin beds, the room has been decorated in the Princess theme and has a TV and DVD player.
The Kitchen is very spacious and is great to prepare and eat your meals. The Kitchen has all the modern appliances and everything you would expect in a fully fitted Kitchen. In between our two living areas there is a full size dining room table with has seating for Eight.
Our covered Lanai area has a fan to cool you down while enjoying the warm air. There are Four sun-beds around the pool deck.
Our home is only Eight miles from the Disney Parks, and we are surrounded by Forty golf courses within 30 minutes.
