Little gasparilla island rental villa is tucked into mangroves and palms on the bay side of a quiet bridgeless barrier island. Little Gasparilla Island overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is located between Englewood and Sanibel Island, next to Boca Grande.

Gasparilla Villa has its own private dock, a separate fish cleaning house and lots of freezer space. Leave your fishing gear on the boat There is also a water taxi for those that need transporation.

The Boca Grande area is world famous for its quality fishing and hosts one of the finest backwater flats in Florida. With a choice of bay fishing, surf and deep sea fishing, almost anything goes. Test your skills on tarpon, snook, redfish, ullet,mackerel, red snapper and grouper.

Several Water Taxi's are available for those that need their own transportation.

House Description: Two story with main living area on top floor. Two bedrooms upstairs (King and two twin beds), living/dining room with kitchen, fold out couch in living room and two bathrooms.

Downstairs is a large screened porch with sitting/play area, large table that seats 8, refrig/freezer, washer/dryer and bathroom with shower.

Immediately adjacent to the house is a one room cottage with fold-out couch, TV/VCR/DVD, small refrig, microwave, coffee maker.

Maximum 6 people (5 adults). There will be an additional charge of $100/person if more than 6 arrive.

3 minute walk to the Gulf

For the beach comber, there are miles and miles of almost deserted pristine beach with no condos, cars, stores, etc. to spoil the peaceful atmosphere. Abundant shells await with swimming and shore birds, all only a three minute walk away. At sunset, it is an island tradition to always be on the beach with your favorite beverage to watch the dramatic show and to try and spot the elusive green flash. Snorkel, kayak, canoe or sail in the waters that surround the island. Rent a golf cart and explore the miles of nature trails and roads. There is even a local captain that will give you and your guests a scenic tour. There are several excellent restaurants available by water taxi or your own boat for some of the finest seafood on the Gulf Coast. Numerous golf courses surround the area on the mainland. Upon your arrival you will be greeted by your personal island mate who will aquaint you with the Villa and the island. Your island mate will be available all week to meet your needs. Broadband internet access. reverse osmosis water system, new propane grill. Excellent bird and butterfly watching. Binculars are on site. Separate cottage with fold out couch, TV, VCR/DVD, small refrigerator and microwave. Great room for the kids to play games, watch movies or put together puzzles.

Explore miles of narrow roads/nature trails by foot or golf cart. Canoe and small john boat on property. 4 Kayaks available for your use which include seats, paddles and Kayak life vests. An extra large refrigerator with freezer for drinks and overflow food and frozen bait located downstairs. Bait buckets, two bait seines, life jackets are all available. An 8 foot and 12 foot cast net are availble upon request.
