Our large three bedroom luxury vacation home 'The Willows' is situated 5 minutes south of US192, just off Poinciana Boulevard in the gated residential community of Cumbrian Lakes. The moment you pass the entry gates to this beautiful new community, you will feel a sense of peace and harmony with nature. Pleasing streetscapes are lined with ancient oak tree preserves, providing shade as well as a taste of Florida's natural beauty. The community is mix of residential and vacation homes which is friendly and inviting. There are several sparkling lakes two of which have gentle fountains which are lit up at night. The lakes also provide a hospitable habitat for cranes, ospreys, and blue heron. A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake and people can be seen enjoying a walk, bike ride or jogging here.

Surrounding Area

A short 5 minute drive from our door, you will find a 24-hour Wal-Mart which caters for every need. On the 192 you will find a huge selection of restaurants including: The Ponderosa, Perkins, Denny's, TGI Friday, Coney Island (fish buffet), Chinese Buffet, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and numerous Italian restaurants. US192 also has direct access to World Drive leading you to the heart of the Magic that is Walt Disney World. Interstate 4 is within easy access as is International Drive. Florida is also renowned for its beautiful coastlines on both the East and West of the state. The East is home to Daytona and Kennedy Space Centre while on the West coast on the Gulf of Mexico you'll find Busch Gardens and Tampa Bay

Our spacious villa is the ideal home from home, with everything you will need for an enjoyable vacation. It is fully air conditioned as well as having ceiling fans, including one outside in the covered lanai area. Our family room is the perfect place to relax after the excitement of the attractions. Two large comfortable sofas are provided as well as cable television, a DVD player and a CD player. A selection of DVD's books and board games are also available for your enjoyment. Our family room also provides access to the Lanai and extended pool area and has beautiful views of one of the lakes. Should you wish to have a little quiet time while the children watch the Disney channel, the dining room and formal living room are located at the front of the villa. Two large sofas are again provided for your comfort, one of these also can convert into a queen size bed. The large dining table comfortably seats six people. The Kitchen and breakfast area The well equipped kitchen and breakfast area are situated in the heart of the villa. The kitchen contains a large fridge freezer with ice maker, double oven, hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric tin opener, utensils, dishwasher and waste disposal and a portable stereo. The separate laundry room has a washing machine and tumble dryer and is home to the iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner. The breakfast area also has additional seating for six people. Bedrooms The spacious master bedroom has a large king size bed and a walk in closet. An additional television has been provided in this room as well as a radio alarm clock. This room also provides another access to the lanai where you will find a table and chairs making this the perfect place to have breakfast in the wonderful Florida sunshine. To the right of the master bedroom you will find the ensuite bathroom, with his and hers vanity unit a corner bath and a large shower, a hairdryer is also provided for your convenience. The comfortable second double bedroom has a large double bed, a built in closet and chest of drawers, additional television, and radio alarm clock. The third double bedroom has twin beds, a built in closet and chest of drawers, additional television, and radio alarm clock. The second family bathroom is conveniently located between 2nd and 3rd bedroom and has bath and shower , vanity unit and hairdryer.
