Welcome to our beautiful and spacious, well-maintained, clean, and completely furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, 1377 square foot condo located on the 6th floor of a 7 story mid-rise, secured building with elevators. Naples Cove is in Bay Forest, a private gated community in Naples Fl, off of Vanderbilt Road, west of Tamiami Trail between Bonita Beach Road and Vanderbilt Beach Road, a five minute drive from several beautiful white sand beaches. You will be minutes away from the best white sandy beaches, golf, shopping, and
dining that Naples has to offer.

Our condo unit is decorated in neutral wall and carpet colors with new furniture, wall, and accessory accents for the comfort of the owner and
guests.

The screened lanai with ceiling fan and lighting is adjacent to the living room through sliding glass doors. Four chairs, a cocktail table, and utility table provide the comfort to view magnificent sunsets, the mangrove preserve, Little Hickory Island, and ribbon view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The master suite has a view of the mangrove forest and a ribbon view
of the Gulf of Mexico, premium king-size bed, wall-mounted tv with remote control, mirrored double vanity area with make-up lighting and sink, a walk-in closet, and a separate toilet area with oval Roman tub/shower.

The guest room has new premium twin beds and a large closet with bi-fold doors. An adjacent guest bath includes a full-size tub with shower.

Our living room has a stereo/CD/DVD player, VCR, Cable TV, a computer desk with Computer and High Speed Internet Access, and Printer. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa for additional guests, two swivel rocker chairs, a lounge chair with ottoman, and two end tables.

The dining area has four chairs and a table. There is also a small
end table with a multi-function fax/answering machine with phone.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, ice maker and full size refrigerator, a coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster oven, juice extractor, blender, etc. Our breakfast area has a sunrise view.

There is a laundry room in the unit with a full size washer and dryer and laundry sink.
