Our Luxury Villa is situated in the completed, gated community of Sanctuary Westhaven. We offer you an executive villa and is furnished to the highest standard. It comprises of the Master Bedroom, which has an en-suite with walk in shower and full size bath, the second double bedroom also has an en-suite, with the other two rooms being twin rooms which share the remaining bath room, all bedrooms have DV/TVs, there is also a formal living room and dining area.
This air conditioned home was built with a larger deck area giving you more room to relax by our 30 ft pool and spa. which has a 3ft shallow end gradually increases to a 6ft depth. Pool safety has not been forgotten, all doors leading to the pool are alarmed, along with a pool fence for the safety of our younger guests (and your peace of mind).Although pool heat is not essential most of the year it can on occasion, prove to be most welcome during the sometimes cooler months. The pool looks out onto the Florida orange groves for the comfort and safety of all guests there is a no smoking permitted in the villa.
