The home also offers a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher...... Laundry facilities including washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also available....... The screened pool area enjoys open views to Orange Groves to the rear of the home, and also accommodates a shaded informal seating area furnished with patio table and chairs. Sun-loungers are also provided...... The garage is at your disposal for private parking......
