General description for Endsleigh Florida Villa

As soon as you walk through the door all the stresses and strains of your everyday life will begin to leave your body. The villa is fully air conditioned and it's quiet and tranquil location will show you what holidays are really all about. The lounge is open plan to both kitchen and dining areas of the villa, with high ceilings it is both airy and spacious. Comfortably seating 6 adults it has a large colour T.V. with 20 different channels to choose from, plus an array of books from infant to adult and family board games for you to enjoy. In addition there is a DVD player (which will also play your favourite CD's if you take them) with an assortment of Movie DVD's for your enjoyment. You can of course rent and/or purchase the latest blockbuster DVD releases from local outlets. The dining room is open plan to both the kitchen and lounge areas. The large table will comfortably seat 6 adults. You will find the villa equipped with ample (12) place settings, both red and white wine glasses, linen napkins and place mats. We are sure you will agree even the largest Thanksgiving, Christmas or indeed, any other special occasion banquet can be organised. The kitchen is open plan to both the dining room and lounge areas and of course fully air conditioned. It is spacious and superbly equipped with everything you have at home and much more besides: Very large electric oven, automatic dishwasher, waste disposal, toaster, coffee filter, liquidizer, food processor, large fridge freezer, portable radio CD player, complete range of both glass and crockery (for inside use) and plastic glass ware and melamine table ware (for outside use). There is even a cool box, ice packs and drinks cooler for you to take to the beach! Additionally there is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. There is also a telephone/answerphone for your use while you are staying in the villa. The telephone accepts incoming calls (number supplied in the villa) and will allow all toll free dialling and local calls. You can set the phone system for direct dial using your credit card, or can purchase phone cards from local convenience stores. You are always contactable by friends and family back home. A second phone is located in master bedroom 1. Free internet access has also been made available for your exclusive use. Although your nearest supermarket is just 5 minutes away, we always put a welcoming pack in the kitchen*, just to get you started! The Master Bedroom features a huge king size bed for your comfort. The room is fully air conditioned and has en-suite facilities. A cable TV enables you to relax and unwind away from everyone else or if you prefer music there is a digital radio alarm clock on the bedside table. The large walk in wardrobe has more hanging and shelf space than you could ever desire and for the security of all your valuables, there is a safe provided. Also both babies cot and highchair are stored there. Both master bedrooms have complete en-suite facilities comprising of his and her vanity units, separate large shower cubicle and toilet. In addition, just for when you get back from a long day walking round Disney, then what better way is there to relax than running yourself a hot bath in your marble garden tub? There is a door leading directly to the pool area providing all your guests with easy access to the bathroom. Each bathroom has its own set of colour co-ordinated bath, hand and face towels, enough for your stay. So there is no need to bring towels with you. This is the second master bedroom of the house and themed on 'The Sea'. Unusually for a rental home, you do not have to toss a coin for the 'best' room in the house! With its own en-suite bathroom and a large wardrobe with shelving and drawers for all your personal items, both master bedrooms are of the same luxurious standard.
