Our gorgeous executive quality davenport villa is fully air-conditioned and features a private heated pool & jacuzzi/spa surrounded by an extended pool deck.

The pool area is fully screened and luxuriously furnished with four top quality padded loungers and five padded chairs for your comfort. Perfect for drinks by the pool or just relaxing with a good book.

The huge master suite features a US king-sized bed, Cable TV and VCR (with remote control of course) and a radio/alarm.

The luxurious ensuite has an indulgent roman tub bath - bring your favourite bubbles, large walk-in shower, His & Hers wash basins with complimentary hairdryer.

Our Mickey & Friends themed bedroom features twin 'Mickey Ears' wrought-iron beds which will delight Disney lovers of all ages. Just perfect for the children who will also enjoy the Cable TV (with remote) with Playstation 2 and DVD and of course a selection of PS2 games.

From November 2005 we're adding a Children's Toybox with a selection of Toys and Board Games to keep the children amused.

Our pretty Green Bedroom is a comfortale room with full size bed, Cable TV and VCR (with remote).

A lovely room, stylishly furnished with twin beds, Cable TV (with remote).

In the lounge we have Cable TV and VCR and for your convenience a telephone with free local calls. This includes Disney numbers so you can call to check park opening/closing times, make reservations or just get more information.

And from September 2005 we are introducing FREE PHONE CALLS - yes absolutely free. This includes National and International Phone calls direct from the villa telephone.

From November 2005 we are adding a PC to our villa with 24 Hour High-Speed Internet Access. Whether you want to keep in touch with friends and family by email or look up useful tourist information (or even book your next stay at our villa) you can browse 24 hours a day from the comfort of the villa. And this is another luxury we are offering absolutely FREE!!!

Dine in style overlooking the pool in our lovely dining area. Full seating for 6 with seating for 4 more in the sunny kitchen nook.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice-maker, washer, dryer, iron & board.
It has a large pantry and plenty of storage space.

Everything is included - all cooking/eating utensils and all linens and towels.

The back door leads to the Games Room with Pool table & Electronic American Football Game & Magnetic Darts. A table and chairs are also provided.

If you've been out all day at the theme parks or busy on the golf course you'll need somewhere to cool off and relax and our pool area is the perfect place. Or just spend the day relaxing in the Florida sun. Whichever is your idea of a perfect holiday you'll love our pool area. Surrounded by hedging and landscaped with Palm trees you'll wonder how you ever managed without your own pool and jacuzzi spa.

For your safety the villa features a monitored alarm system and smoke detectors. It also has alarms on the doors to the pool to protect small children. If you are bringing young children you'll be pleased to know that we provide baby equipment totally free of charge. A Cot (Travel Crib Styel), High-Chair, Stroller are all supplied. All Linens for the crib are provided.
