Welcome to Sunrise Lakes. Our 2400 square foot home has a spacious main floor with an open concept, including a family room, living room and an eat-in kitchen. The kitchen includes all of the amenities of a home away from home, including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and much more. We also cater to the young with a highchair and booster seat at no extra charge. Just off of the kitchen is a large pantry as well as a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. You'll feel like you're at the movies in our cozy living room with a large 42" Plasma TV with DVD player and stereo system for your enjoyment. You can also surf the net with our wireless internet connection. There are also board games for the family on a rainy day and a beautiful 8 foot pool table in the family room. On the second floor, you'll find 4 bedrooms, including 2 masters. The first master suite is extremely spacious with a king size bed set and its own entertaiment area with 2 chaise lounges and TV/DVD player. The perfect way to relax and unwind after a day at the parks. There is an onsuite bath with Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower as well as an extra large walk-in closet. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed set, a 19" LCD TV, and a spacious closet. This bedroom shares the second full bath with the other two bedrooms on the second level. Kids will enjoy staying in the double/single bunkbeds in each of the remaining 2 bedrooms with LDC TV's and a play station. They can sleep up to 3 comfortably. The most enjoyable part of your stay will be around our large, screened in, heated pool and spa. Relax in our comfy lounge chairs by the pool or have dinner outdoors at the patio table. This is a convenient location within easy reach of all the local attractions yet far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of your own pool home.
